The Formation of Teachers and Career Development Opportunities

The formation in Faith of teachers and leaders is one of the priorities for the Diocese of Lancaster Education Service. The teaching of the Second Vatican Council reminds us of the importance of the laity’s apostolic role in the church’s mission.

The pages in this section give information about the range of courses offered by the Service. However, schools are to contact us, either directly or through a their Local Leader of Diocesan Education, to discuss their needs and how the Service might make provision to support these particular needs.
