Adult formation and parish development are priorities for the Education Service.  The teaching of the Second Vatican Council reminds us of the importance of the laity's apostolic role in the church's mission.

As the “Fit for Mission?” process begins to impact on parishes and its implications more widely felt, it will be ever more important that all our people have access to Adult Education.

The pages in this section give information about the range of courses offered by the Service.  However, parishes and groups are encouraged to contact us to discuss their needs and how the Service might make provision to support these particular needs.
